Christian Rosati is a Medford, Massachusetts native and former NCAA Division 1 right-handed pitcher who played at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. As a three-year varsity starter at Arlington Catholic High School, Christian made 20 appearances as a freshman at UMass, competing at the highest collegiate level and understanding what it takes to perform under pressure.
After his time at UMass, Christian continued his pitching career at the NAIA level, playing for Southeastern University in Florida and Clarke University in Iowa. His multi-level collegiate experience—from D1 to NAIA programs—gives him a comprehensive understanding of pitcher development at every stage.
As Director of Pitching Development, Christian oversees all pitching instruction across Canes New England programs. His approach combines mechanical excellence, mental preparation, and game awareness. He works closely with Nolan Boike to ensure every pitcher in our organization receives consistent, high-level coaching that builds confidence and translates to dominant performance on the mound.
As a Head Coach, Christian leads two critical age groups through their development, preparing younger pitchers for the demands of elite competition while preparing 16U pitchers for college recruiting showcases. His coaching philosophy emphasizes resilience, work ethic, and the mental toughness required to succeed at the next level.
