Steve Fiste is a Massachusetts native and former NCAA Division I baseball player who competed at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His experience playing at the collegiate level gave him firsthand knowledge of what it takes to compete at the highest amateur level and the dedication required to succeed.
With extensive coaching experience across youth and travel baseball programs, Steve has built a reputation for developing young players with a focus on fundamentals, confidence, and the love of the game. His coaching philosophy emphasizes creating a positive, competitive environment where players learn not just baseball skills, but also character, teamwork, and accountability.
As Head Coach, Steve leads youth-level teams with an emphasis on age-appropriate development and building strong foundations. He believes that the early years are critical for instilling proper mechanics, baseball IQ, and the mental toughness that prepares players for success at higher levels. His player-first mentality means every decision he makes is centered on what’s best for the athlete—both on and off the field.
Steve’s passion for the game, his collegiate playing experience, and his commitment to player development make him a cornerstone of our coaching staff and a trusted mentor to the young athletes in our program.
