Strength & Conditioning

Our weekly off-season strength and conditioning program is specifically designed with our young athletes in mind. Partnered with Krux Athletics, Coach Tyler's sports performance program provides our athletes an edge over our competition in a safe learning environment. This intensive off season program provides:

  • Fundamentals of strength and conditioning

  • Footspeed

  • Linear and lateral speed techniques

  • Agility

  • Movement training

  • Proper stretching and warm up

  • Injury reduction

  • Mental and physical preparation
