Canes New England Name Youth Program Coordinator
Canes Baseball New England is pleased to announce the addition of Anthony Romano as the Youth Canes Program Coordinator. Anthony has been heavily involved in youth baseball for many years and has helped countless young baseball players not only find their love for the game but move on into successful baseball careers well after little league. Anthony has built quite an impressive resume over the past few years;
-2017 District 13 All Star Manager – Stoneham 11 yr-olds
-2018 District 13 All Star Manager – Stoneham 12 yr-olds
-2019 Massachusetts State Champions Head Coach Junior League 13-14 yr-olds
-2021 Massachusetts State Champions – Head Coach Senior League 15-17 yr-olds
On top of his success at the youth Level, Anthony has played a key role in some of our HS Canes success- bringing home tournament championships at the Firecracker Sports Colonial Clash and the PBR Boston Invitational at the 15u level with Coach Shawn Secondini. Anthony is currently Vice President of Stoneham Little League and Director at the Major League level. With his knowledge and background at the youth level, Canes Nation couldn’t be more excited with the addition of Anthony to lead the charge for the next generation of Canes Athletes. In addition to coordinating Youth Canes related events, he will also help with the day to day schedule and recruitment of potential Canes ball players. We truly look forward to having Anthony continue his impactful success with the organization and help us build the future of Canes Nation here in New England.
